How to delete Your Kingdoms Collide Mobile Account and data.
We value your privacy and provide you with options to manage your account and associated data.
If you wish to delete your account and the data associated with it, you can choose one of the following methods:
Method 1: In-App Deletion (For Users with the game Installed)
Open the game.
Navigate to "Settings" in the top/right screen > "Account Details" > "Delete Account."
Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm and complete the account deletion process.
Method 2: Web Form Deletion (For Users without the App Installed or Prefer Website Submission)
Complete the form with the necessary details.
Submit the form to initiate the account deletion process.
For security reasons and backup purposes, once we proceed with your request, we going to first disable the account and after 30 days we proceed to delete all the data associated with that account.
Types of Data Deleted:
Account information (e.g., username, email address).
In-app purchase history.
Game progress and related data.
Data Retention Period:
Account deletion is a permanent action.
