By downloading, accessing, or playing Kingdoms Collide Mobile ("the Game"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Game. The Game is provided by Silverglint Gaming Ltd ("we," "us," or "our").

By using the Game, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. Continued use constitutes acceptance of future revisions.

2. Eligibility
The Game is not intended for users under 13.

If accessing paid features, you affirm you are of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration
You may need an account to access features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

4. User Responsibilities
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:

Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software.

Harass, spam, or engage in toxic behavior.

Reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute Game content.

Tournaments: Participation in e-sports events requires adherence to the Tournament Rules and fair play principles. Violations may result in disqualification or bans.

5. In-App Purchases
The Game offers virtual currency, items, or upgrades ("Purchases"). All sales are final unless required by law.

Payment Processing: Purchases are handled by platform providers (e.g., Apple/Google). We do not store payment details.

Refunds: Direct refund requests to Apple/Google. We cannot process refunds.

6. Intellectual Property
All Game content (characters, artwork, code, etc.), including Arthus Spinning, Bortog Shielded, and Fireblaze The Dragon’s Fury, is owned by Silverglint Gaming Ltd or licensors.

You may not copy, sell, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraud, or harmful conduct.

8. Disclaimers
The Game is provided "as is." We disclaim warranties for merchantability, fitness, or non-infringement.

We are not liable for outages, data loss, or third-party actions.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

10. Governing Law
