Fair Play Agreement	As a participant in Kingdoms Collide Mobile tournaments, I acknowledge and agree to adhere to the following principles of fair play and sportsmanship: Integrity and Honesty: I will compete with integrity and honesty, refraining from any form of cheating, hacking, exploiting bugs, or engaging in any unfair advantage-seeking behavior. Respect for Others: I will treat all players, tournament organizers, and staff with respect and courtesy, refraining from harassment, discrimination, or any form of abusive behavior, whether verbal, written, or otherwise. Compliance with Rules: I will familiarize myself with and abide by the rules and regulations of Kingdoms Collide Mobile tournaments, as outlined in the official tournament guidelines, including match format, gameplay rules, and code of conduct. Fair Competition: I will compete fairly and strive to win through skill, strategy, and sportsmanship, without resorting to any form of unfair tactics or unsportsmanlike conduct. Account Responsibility: I will take full responsibility for my game account and ensure that it is secure from unauthorized access. I will not share my account credentials or engage in account boosting or other account-related violations. Reporting Violations: If I become aware of any violations of the fair play agreement or tournament rules by myself or other participants, I will promptly report them to the tournament organizers for investigation and resolution. Grace in Defeat: I will accept the outcome of matches with grace and dignity, whether I win or lose, and will refrain from making excuses or disparaging opponents in victory or defeat. Positive Contribution to the Community: I will strive to contribute positively to the Kingdoms Collide Mobile tournaments community, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for all players, regardless of skill level or background. By signing up for Kingdoms Collide Mobile tournaments, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Fair Play Agreement. I understand that failure to comply with these principles may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to disqualification from the tournament and suspension from future events.

Age consent for parents (check this only if you are under 18 years old)	I acknowledge that my child, aged between 13 and 18, has my permission to participate in your Kingdoms Collide Mobile tournament, organized by Silverglint Gaming, hereinafter referred to as "the Tournament." By checking the box below, I confirm that: [ ] I have reviewed the rules and regulations of the Tournament, including gameplay rules, code of conduct, and fair play agreement, with my child. [ ] I am aware of the potential risks and challenges associated with online gaming, including cybersecurity, privacy, and interaction with other players. [ ] I acknowledge that my child's participation in the Tournament is voluntary, and I release Silverglint Gaming, its organizers, sponsors, partners, and affiliates from any liability arising from my child's participation in the Tournament, except for liability arising from their gross negligence or willful misconduct. [ ] I understand that my consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time by contacting the organizers of the Tournament in writing.
